Hey there, I’m Monty. I’m an artist based out of Atlanta.

Montgomery "Monty" Davis is a transplant to the amazing city of Atlanta. She was brought here after three years of being on the road by the award winning Serenbe Playhouse to be apart of the acting apprentice company for their 2016-2017 season. Originally from North Carolina she has long wanted to be a knight with flowers in her hair thanks to her obsession with the medieval sword fights and saving damsels and lads in distress. She is an advocate for mental and physical health, and finds joy in story telling and inspiring others.

She started her training and professional career before graduating high school, studying under and working with some of North Carolina’s finest. These experiences along with the idea of being a pirate for life led her to get her BFA at East Carolina University. There she had the pleasure of performing multiple times in her undergraduate career but two of her favorites were understudying Polly in Three Penny Opera and playing Rootie Mallort in the two woman show Graceland. She also got her first international adventure performing in Mozart's The Magic Flute as 1st Spirit in Bulgaria.

Before she graduated she joined the professional cast of The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire as a Siren and hasn’t stopped working since. She has traveled all over the country and world working as an actor, singer, fight choreographer, and live show stunt performer. Some of her favorite experiences have been with Missoula Children's Theatre, Serenbe Playhouse, Enter Messenger Theatre Company, The Atlanta Opera, and many others.
